- Your site appears to have an active links/resources page.  

- Your site offers unique content that is helpful to the general Internet.  

- Members agree to insert the HTML code provided by the Zillion-Links for displaying banner ads on their web site, in as many or few pages as they wish.

- The HTML code on your pages should look similar to the code supplied during signup. (It's OK to alter the general appearance to match the "look" of your site, but don't change the addresses!).

- The Zillion-Links reserves the right to verify the placement and correctness of its HTML code. (e.g., The page pointed to by the URL listed in the account information must contain the HTML code at a minimum.)

- Member must not created any duplicate sites, duplicate content or pages, redirects or doorway pages

- Member must not requested or exchanged links with link farms or undertaken any spamming techniques which may harm the web site's ranking with Google.

- All Zillion-Links banners must be placed on a page such that the majority of people visiting that page will see and notice the banner. A default banner will be used until a properly formatted one is supplied

- All members agree to utilize the services of the Zillion-Links at their own risk. The Zillion-Links, its administrators, partners and members cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of the Jersey Shore Link Exchange

- As a free activity, no legal contract, or agreement, whatsoever, is signed, or entered into, by the author/web master and web masters of these external web sites to place, or, maintain reciprocal text link s, online on the Links! Page. It is done as a free activity.
